WE’RE JAKE & ASHLYN BURGER
We’re Jake and Ashlyn Burger, proud parents to Brooks and Penelope, who have shown us the beauty of seeing the world through a different lens. Jake is the only active MLB player (First Basemen of the Texas Rangers) with a child who has Down syndrome, and our journey with Penelope has ignited a passion to create something bigger than baseball. What started as a dream to make a difference has turned into a mission to champion inclusion, celebrate abilities, and support families like ours in meaningful ways.

Lucky Ranch which will be a haven for disabled individuals and their families – will employ adults with Down syndrome and other disabilities, offer specialized programs, and community support to create a one-of-a-kind experience.
