RETURN POLICY

At The Burger Family Foundation, every purchase helps support our mission, and we appreciate your support! Please review our return policy below.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the charitable nature of our foundation, all purchases, including apparel and merchandise, are final sale and non-refundable.

2. Exchanges

We only accept exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to request an exchange.

3. Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange, email ashlyn@burgerfamilyfoundation.org with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the defective or incorrect item

  • A brief description of the issue

If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item and will send a replacement at no additional cost.

4. Order Issues

If you experience an issue with your order (such as missing items), please reach out within 14 days of delivery, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
